What's the cheapest place I can get HOH Vol1?

I want this book and was wondering where I can buy it for the best deal.

Since this book is about strategy, I felt this is probably the best forum to ask the question. If not, my bad.

I'd look to borrow it from someone's Chiptalk Loaner Library, that should be the cheapest of all...
