As far as going all-in early on a great flop, in my admitted limited experience, early on, more often than not, there will be some fish willing to call an all-in with garbage.

Ok, I will guess you are playing like $5 and $10 S&Gs or $1 or $2 MTTs? That kind of play happens all the time in those games. In fact, the play doesn't really tighten up markedly until you go above the $30 S&Gs.

I see it all the time at the $35 ~30player tournaments the local casino hosts. Maybe we just have alot of knuckleheads around here.

I'll play in a CT tourney as soon as I start playing online. I haven't opened an account yet because I don't trust myself to not spend all day playing poker if I had such easy access to it.
