What poker magazine to get????

I'm thinking about subscribing to either Card Player or Bluff magazine. Which one is better or are there any more options out there?

Thanks,
Chris

Re: What poker magazine to get????

I get card player, but received some issues of Bluff with a chip order once...I liked BLuff ten times more. My CP is expiring next month, I'm getting Bluff instead.

I'm a Bluff fan myself, tho I get both. The nice thing about CP is that it comes more often, but I still prefer Bluff.

Imo, stay away from All In. I used to subscribe, but had nothing but problems. Not even a great magazine, either.

Re: What poker magazine to get????

Exactly what Phil said.
Better & more feature articles in Bluff, I just wish it was published more than once a month.
Card Player seems to be more about strategy.
All In is weak.

Re: What poker magazine to get????

i starting getting bluff last year, thought i would give it a try while it was on sale real cheap.

Like it better than CP. renewal notices started coming at 29.99 for a year... opted to bypass because i still have issues i haven't got to yet.. was looking around online one day and found i could get year for 9.95(this was 2 weeks ago) and decide to get for another year. just checked and looks to be 19.99 these days

Re: What poker magazine to get????

I would say Bluff, you can get free issues of Cardplayer at your local card room or casinos anyway.
