Man you are weak... (j/k)

You will have to let us all know how they are. The tourney editions changed the landscape of tourney poker so I am wondering if these will do the same for cash games.

Re: harrington on cash: gogogo or wtf?

I have a couple of books right now, so I'll wait.

My questions are, though D.H. wrote two good books on tournies, how is he in cash games? Will his cash game book be anything close to his first two books?

it's hard to say, although his absence in the big game doesn't mean anything. the reason that HOH are so good is not b/c he's the best tournament player. if i had to guess, i'd say he's somewhere in the top 200-300 tournament players currently. this isn't meant as a diss, just a realistic guess. the books were great b/c bill robertie is a great writer, and b/c they took their time (and a ton of space) to very logically and thoroughly lay out some basic concepts that hadn't been laid out before.

in HOH1&2's 700 pages or so, there's really not anything revolutionary. they're just really strong basic concepts done well.

A little off topic, but I remember reading that D.H. won a WPT title late last year, does anyone know when that will air?

Give us a review when you get the books. I think my library of poker poker books is getting too large. Harrington is one of my favourite authors tho.
