Chips: 20,038 | | | Re: elements of poker: tommy angelo yeah, i likes it a lot. it really concentrates on trimming the amount of time you're playing your worst, as an alternate to getting better at playing your best.
in that respect, it's similar to "zen of poker" but without all the luck/superstitious stuff that made that book. if you have a hard time keeping emotion in check while playing, or quitting before things fall apart, or maintaining concentration, it's a good book for you. |
