I think they did, actually. There are only 4 (sit n' go) problems in there of any real significance, though, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. The basic point is, if you're in a sit n' go and only 4 players are left (bubble), you can't call an all in without a huge hand.

LOL I wish a couple of the donks at the 45 person SnG's I played last night knew this point. Twice I pushed all in with big hands after the flop & turn (trips once, straight once) only to get called with flush draws (one was three to a flush). Needless to say I got sucked out both times

Being mad when other players maximize your EV is frowns.

But yeah, it does suck.

I can't believe nobody has suggested TPFAP. Sklansky books, as hilarious as they are to read, are pretty solid stuff.
