If you're looking for advice on stricly small stakes/low limit hold 'em, you'll love "Small Stakes Hold 'em." If you're looking for more general guidance on No Limit, try the first book you list.
And if you haven't read Slansky's "The Theory of Poker" you should add that to the list. Definitely a math-heavy read, but essential. Quote: |

step two: read that book.
they're both fine books. nlhetp is better, imo, b/c sshe isn't as functional as you'd like for online play. |

SSHE is one of the main reasons I was a 3BB/100 winner at .5/1. It is a great book for loose tables and gives a lot of great fundamentals for limit play. There are adjustments you need to make for tighter games as you move up, but SSHE is still a great book to learn from.

In our home games we play No Limit.
Right now I have Harrington Vol 1 and Phil Gordon's Little Green Book. How would 'Theory and Practice' compare to the two? |
