It was PPLTP for me too. But I bought it for myself, it was the least expensive ot the books at the store

. It did get me into limit poker, though, since by playing tight I became a winner at Stars micro limits.
I've got all the Sklansky hold'em books now, as well as Harrington's first two, both Super Systems, Phil Gordon's little green book, and Ace on the River by Barry Greenstein.
Just recently got Zen and the art of poker, (quite good).
