I too own all the books you mention (along with others like SSHE), and I have to say that I see very little duplication in those books besides the discussions of important basic concepts like EV (he almost always uses the coin flip example).
NLHETAP is new -- just published at the very end of May -- so there aren't any "published" reviews that I know of. There is certainly discussion of it and some reviews by posters on the 2+2 books and publication forum. The general consensus there is that it has many new and important concepts. And this is not entirely a 2+2 effect: one of the first people to post about the book felt it contained nothing that a good NL player didn't know already. Responses pointed out that not everyone was as good a player as OP and that they (the other posters) had found good stuff in it even if they were already skilled NL players.
But I will say that I found this book to be VERY different from his other books, partly because NL play is very different than limit play. If you play any NL, I would get the book. If nothing else, like HEPFAP, most other serious players will have read it. And of course, if you get it, you can join our "fun" discussion!
