So is there a good NLHE Cash Game book? Probably applies to all stakes, although I would expect you to have to bet more in relation to the BB to get any respect in a low stakes.
You use your cannons (AA,KK,QQ, AK) to get enough chips so that you can play the wrecking balls (small pairs and suited connectors).
The cannons can take some decent sized chunks out of the stack, wrecking balls obliterate them.
The big difference between low pockets that hit sets and suited connectors that hit are that sets are the real "cruise missles" of poker. They can fly way below the radar.
Go here: http://www.bestwebbuys.com/books/, plug in the title or ISBN if you have it, and you will find the lowest price available at various web book retailers.

Well, the best is to get them free through some affiliate like PSO. Otherwise, I got HOH2 for $17 at WalMart's web site. Unfortunately I paid cover for HOH1 because I couldn't wait (big mistake), but it was the same as Vol. 2 @WalMart.
