This guy has the poker market by the balls, and everyone just falls right into the trap of making him an even bigger multi-millionaire. I'll tell you what's funny, though... the "JOPKE" hats! OMFGZ FUNNIEST THING EVAR!!!

I assume you mean Helmuth. He didn't write the book though.

And it's apparently called Kill Phil because it's about teaching tournament strategies to the non-pro, and there are so many pros named Phil (Helmuth, Laak, Ivey, etc...)

iirc, jopke was a typo Helmuth made while playing online. I read about it a while ago on Paul Phillips blog.
