My card collection.
Hello ChipTalk and greetings from a new member - this is post #1 !
I don't have any pr0n of my new chip purchases yet (500 Desert Palms, 700 Pharaoh's), so I thought I would share my card collection.
Nothing vintage or rare, just current issue cards used in my game.
The 2 Bicycle decks are for card fanning/ribbon/tricks since they have the perfect finish for that type of thing - they don't get used for poker. All the others are plastic.
Copag- Burgundy & Green / Poker Regular
Copag- Gold & Black / Poker Jumbo
Copag- Red & Blue Export / Poker Jumbo
DaVinci- Brown & Green / Poker Regular
Kem- Red & Blue Paisley / Bridge Regular
Copag- Red & Blue / Poker Peek Index (not in pictures)
Bicycle Masters Edition, Red - UV500 Air-Flow Finish
Bicycle White Raider - Air-Cushion Finish

Very nice card pr0n. Really like that Bicycle White Raider ace of spades design. You indicate in the OP that all but the Bicycle paper cards are used for poker play. How do you decide which to use? Wondering if it's based on game being played or just personal preference. Welcome to CT and keep up the good posts.

Hi. Come on in. Welcome to Chiptalk. Today we'll serve some excellent DILLINGER pizza with minced beef, onion, ham and salami, boosted with strong beer. Mjummy.
Good to have you here and good start you have over there. I have always liked KEM Paisleys. It's sad that they don't make Paisley's wider size, poker size.
Good luck with collecting more and more and more cards and chips.

Re: My card collection.
Thanks for the greetings everyone. I will definitely post some pr0n of the Desert Palms and Pharaoh's soon.
>How do you decide which to use? Wondering if it's based on game being played or just personal preference.
Just preference. A brand new set-up usually gets used at the very first opportunity and maybe the next time too.
Sometimes I will choose, and other times I will pick 2 set-ups and let whoever deals the first hand decide.
I like them all- they're all a bit different...design/feel/etc. I started with Jumbo index but have started to appreciate and perhaps prefer Standard index a bit more lately.
>Really like that Bicycle White Raider ace of spades design.
Yeah, the White Raider Ace is nice. I like the face cards a lot- there is no yellow in the design, just Red Black & Blue. Gives them a distinct and 'cleaner' look.
Here's a picture with the Copag Peek Index decks and more of the White Raiders.

Re: My card collection.
You have sold me. Next card acquisition (that I certainly don't need) is the Bicycle White Raiders. Really distinctive looking and a must have I think. Cheers.
