I received my labels and they are truly awesome, but the colors are off significantly compared to the colors of the Nexgen chips they're being put on and lighter than the mockups. I don't mind them being off, but the paper labels I have on some of them match the chip very well. It looks like the printer was low on green, to be honest.
It's really only the 100s.
I'll post pics soon.
I know I didn't tell you to get the colors to match these chips, but I thought it would be a given as I was originally ordering Nexgens with the labels. The mock-ups matched nicely with the paper labels from Lynbark. Not sure why the same mock-ups wouldn't match on vinyl. Again, it looks like it was low on green.

I can tell you a few things that can happen. Nexgen is known for different color results in there Nexgen chips. As they run different Production runs and get various color results with every run. I have addressed this to them personally and The answer that I get is that when they produce these chips, they are being produced from multiple manufacting sites. They use the same inks, yes, But small contamination in the ink, machine running "slower" than normal can effect this and it to hard to control.
The labels look Great from what I can see but if you are not happy, Just email me and we will figure something out. You had a Very small order so it shouldn't be too difficuly to figure something out.
Jason, I couldn't find any information what kind of file formats (jpe, tif, Corel Draw, Illustrator?) you need to print the custom labels. I think it is a useful info you should put to your website

High quality Jpgs are fine. 3"x3" size with enough Color bleed on the outside for the cut. Email me and I can get you the exact specs!

I used Personal Personal Poker Chips to print lables for my cash game set. I would recommend this service to anyone. The price is very good for this type of label and the customer service was Excellent. Of course, the product itself met my expectations too. Well done Jason! Dennis M. (KingZilla)
