The artwork is near finalized- Ive sent Garyon some minor corrections- primarily a larger font which seemed to solve the problem.
Here's the order thread details:
1- we need to place a 50,000 chip order- if were close we'll buy the balance- if were NOT close then all bets are off. From the poll we should be ok
2- chips are .30 ea and can be ordered in ANY denomination/quantity
3- We will try and use USPS flat rate shipping as follows:
4-SHIPPING:
FLAT RATE shipping continental USA of 15.00/1000 chips. Chips will be boxed in custom made boxes which hold 150-160 chips ea and placed into a USPS Flat Rate Box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 45.00 per 800 chips ( Same packaging as above)
( theres a weight limit internationally of 20 pounds)
5- If someone really really needs a ship quote- possibly for those ordering large quantities- please send an email to:
palmshipping@aol.com and ask for a ship quote- PLEASE include your ship address/zip code otherwise we cant get you a ship quote.
6- We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods but your ship cost will NOT increase if we use, say UPS.
7- the FIRST 50 PAID ORDERS will also receive a FREE custom matching ceramic DB.
8- the FIRST 25 PAID ORDERS will ALSO receive 2 commemerative matched custom printed plaques.

10- we reserve the right to limit quantity and/or add 5 per cent to any large order ( over 3000 chips) since we will assume that there are plans for you to resell the chips, and the winning designer will receive the 5 per cent for his work.
