EDIT: Also, what do you think about the design in the background? What would you think about making it a spade shape? | Quote:

I'm not suggesting THIS font or THESE ornaments necessarily (these are all I had at the office) but perhaps something in this direction. Maybe I missed your intent? | Of course I don't mind you messin around with my stuff, I appreciate the comments and suggestions. I would like to get my grubby hands on all the graphic ornaments you have though, seems like you got a pretty good stock of 'em
The reason I haven't mocked any solid colors for the denom yet is because I don't want the inlay to look to flat. I didn't have that background design in there when I started though, so I probably satisfied that worry of mine so I'll try a bunch when I get home.

When are we going to narrow it down to 2-3 designs? I would assume that it would have to be very soon, as I would also assume that the order will be going in soon.
When is the order going to be going in JOe? If the design that I like is chosen wins, I will wait for the GB at .30/chips, but if not, I have a modified chip of the design that I will order ASAP, even though it will be more than twice the amount.
Great job guys. I am always am amazed at the talent, and also the helpfulness of the members here.
NOW, Ive got a lot of PM's to take care of see.......... |

From what I've seen and read, it seems that there are two main candidates...the "vintage" design of Gary and the La Fiesta theme, both of which are great designs. They're very different -- on has the traditional, vintage feel but with a modern touch and the other one is just really fun to look at. I'd be happy if either of these are chosen.
Can't wait to get my hands on the actual chips!...Mike |

I really liked the results so I thought I would post the modifications and see what people thought. (Special thumb's up and thanks to Ranjack )

For the title, normally the translation is, "The temple of cards"
Thanks anyway for your comments. | Ok now this makes sense. I wondered what you meant by El Templo De las Tarjetas. I am a Spanish speaker and the "tarjetas" made no sense to me. While Tarjetas is translated to English as cards, to me at least, it refers to greeting or business cards. Now it is very possible that other Spanish speakers use the term tarjetas for playing cards but I never heard anyone use that term. There are a couple of terms I know are used for playing cards, barajas (usually Spaniards seem to use it) or cartas. Anyone else please feel free to correct me, but is should say El Templo de las Cartas o El Templo de las Barajas. |

I wonder if Joe would consider printing two different sides for the GB. |
