should know monday- right now were gauging interest in this- trying to do this between eb and hi tide at work- was hoping the eb would last longer then it did but I shouldnt be that optimistic--

I think that Joe intends to run a contest for the label. I guess it is up to the voting masses to determine this. Smitty, you might want to repeat this in the contest thread once that contest is announced.

Joe, just a thought; you might want to limit voting in the subsequent contest to those who are participating in the GB.

There's interest in 25,000 after two days. Halfway to Joe's target... However, can CTers fill the remaining 25K (or at least get it close enough to be viable)

I think so- with the talent here on CT I am sure a superb design can be had for all- I thought about limiting the design to buyers- but what if say SNowstorm or Johnny5 wants to whip something up and all they want is chips- vs lets say out of ALL the buyers nobody wants to design the chip- I think I'd rather leave it up to everyone once were into the design phase rather then limit it to purchasers
