Re: FACTORY Sanctioned Group Buy- Great Wall Compression chips

Hi Joe,

It looks like there are three big questions so far....

Will Solids be available?
Will blanks be an option?
What is the time frame for this group buy (close of order and ship date)?

Are these chips Hot-Stampable??? (Okay that was four questions, this one only applies if blanks are an option.)

Is Hot-Stampable even a real word? (now I am at five quesitons, but its only the first three that really matter... >grin<)

Thanks again,
Shane

Were working on adding solids to this GB- the whole intent is to use this as the first run of the new state-of-the-art printing equipment at the factory- thus the great pricing--I dont see why we cant do solids- but I am afraid we wont get a better price-- it would be 30 cents for solids OR edgespots- I sent an email and am awaiting a reply if we can add solids AND maybe get a better price for them printed.

As far as a GB for blanks- we would have to do this at our end here-and since we have so many resellers which would be affected by a GB we may not be able to do this--

So for now- were looking at a designed inlay printed at the factory- and hoping to add solids to the GB

LOL how could I forget- Steve you can always aprticipate in ANY PI offering-
Weve finished tests- browns are still a problem- no matter what we do-
the only thing we HAVNT tried which was suggested by another ceramic company was to use an oddball ICC profile ONLY for doing the browns- were working on this now

Dang you Joe, I think you just emptied more money out of my pockets...If we get a sweet inlay together and I can get it on solids, I am in for 500 - 1000...

Oh...is the inlay textured or smooth???

Why do you do this to me!?!?!?!

Joe,

If the inlays are being done out of a new facility for you, will they still be polycarbonate?

Re: FACTORY Sanctioned Group Buy- Great Wall Compression chips

Joe, is there any chance that you can post a scan or image of the 3 new chips? I'm just trying to plan ahead with what to order if the solids become available.

Thanks!
