The office wants to hold off on invoicing until were ready to ship- their logic is: why do double work-which makes sense

We will maintain the spreadsheet showing orders/patments as they come in-
when the carriers arrive and were ready to ship- we will generate an invoice indicating your payments made AND the amount for shipping.

It would be best to use paypal and pay for your order EXCEPT shipping. THis way when were ready to ship all you need to is remit the ship amount and were good to go- we only have to do ONE invoice etc.

If this creates a problem for anyone email us and we will try and acomodate your needs
