New ASM labels pass preliminary testing- Beta Tester needed

Our newly developed polycarbonate labels have JUST passed our first testing phase. This new laterial is slightly thinner and while the inlay sits .001 above the chip the lip of the chip is high enough as to NOT have stackability issues.
By Passing the chip and inlay through a heated press we are able to achieve a perfect bond and can stack chips high with no issues.

We want one person to send us 100 ASM solids with inlay diameter of 1.110 inches- we will custom print these- ONE side of the chip will be pressed with our press- the other side will only be the applied inlay with NO press
We want someone to evaluate both processes. We firmly believe that the heated press cycle will NOT be needed and these newly designed labels will fit ASM chips and allow flexibility for those owning these and always wanting custom images but didnt want cheap paper or just vinyl with NO protection to the image.

Please only one experienced chip member need apply to this post-

We will print and return the chips at our cost to you.

We need your comments regarding our findings- whereas the new inlay material does not effect stackability to the chip

THanks
Joe

I don't have any blank hour glass mold chips unfortunately. I only have a handful of samples. Hopefully some of the members who took part in the GB for the hourglass mold chips will have some for you. I think a lot of them got 'em hot stamped or applied labels already though. Let me know if you change your mind

in the post it says one side will be pressed the other wont be- we dont feel we need the press cycle but it does make the image pretty much permanent--
cost: images only will be .10 ea
If you send chips to us to press the inlays then add .05 per chip with 100chip min

Re: New ASM labels pass preliminary testing- Beta Tester needed

Im guessing I can answer my own question with a no, but any chance at oversized inlays with this process?
