Custom Flourescent Ceramic Poker CHips

need to hear what everyone says before I take the plunge and set up to make flourescent custom ceramics- were close to doing this IF the demand will be there-
so-- let us know what you think...
ya think custom ceramics or even flourescent Tikis etc would be a neat thing??

what exactly do you mean? You mean have day-glo colors available?? I would have to see some pics to see what youre talking about

Are you talking about fluorescent colored ceramics (the actual material) instead of white? It would be cool, but would the printing work well on them?

no actually flourescent ink- special ink developed for this printing process- the actual printed ceramic artwork would in fact be flourescent ink

IMO they would look great -artwork dependant obviously. Using the Tikis as an example I think the brighter colors would make them pop even more. Seeing an example would probably help.

That being said I am not in the market for anymore chip sets so take what I say with a grain of salt

I think they sound great!! I would loveto have flourescent ink as an option for ceramics. Here you go again Joe, leading the way in another new way.

+1 Dim garage games

+1 UV lights

Cool idea, probably best when used sparingly... ie, I hope all the artwork doesn't need to be florescent, but denoms, egdes and other spots to pop would be way cool.

I dont think so as the inks will carry the flourescent part-- Im still hemmin and hawin dedicating a 2 grand printer for this to be honest- I still got a 20 grand laser engraver sitting here because I have absolutely no time to tweak what has to be tweaked although we are producing awesome engraved stuff- we just got lucky on that LOL
But this flourescent ceramics just caught my eye- not sure if it could be the next best thing since the houla hoop or just another project that never gets off the ground-- grrrrrrrrrr why did I have to see this stuff
