Effective today- all CT member submitted artwork for custom printing agrees to the following:

1- Artwork is original and no known copyright has been violated
2-Artwork comprised in whole- or in part- of KNOWN chip design(s)/mold design(s) MAY be subject to being posted in a specific Palm Imports Forum in order to discern if said artwork violates known artwork copyright or previous designer inferred copyright unless written proof of usage rights are furnished to Palm Imports.
3- Submission on this forum will be voluntary but MAY be a requirement for your order to be printed. Failure to allow submitted artwork to be posted for peer review may result in refusal to print.
4- We will , to the best of our ability- protect the rights of members AND non members regarding unauthorized usage of existing artwork whereby written consent for usage, in whole, or in part- has not been expressly granted to the
user.
5- We reserve the right to refuse orders deemed questionable in nature whereby we do not have the ability to reasonably ascertain and verify express rights of usage concerning said artwork submission.
6- In the event a problem arises whereby copyright violation has occured, Palm Imports sole remedy will be to terminate the order, when possible- or not reprint subsequent requests for future orders. An assumed cease and desist will be acknowledged without written notice from said artist who makes known his/her bonifide inferred copyright by way of original design notification.
7- All submitted orders from CT members will be required to acknowledge the reading of this disclaimer.
