1- depending on the order size- it can be less expensive to use stateside manufacturing. We know when it's not and we look out for your needs- some orders are best done here- and some orders are best done overseas. A GOOD distributor and reseller knows which is best for his customer. We certainly do.

2-For aligned edgestripe orders-to be blunt- we can do them as good as anyone- we REALLY dont want to- we manufacture aligned edges for a casino and thats enough stress for us-- so we use Sunfly.

3- Doesnt matter where you live- we will handle your order efficiently as our reputation shows- and handle your order AT THE SAME price as anyone else- or LESS--you CANNOT buy ceramics for less then we can sell them for at the same quality level. IF we cant match or beat anyone else's price- we will do the order for free. See who else gives you that guarantee.


4-There's some advantages in using Palm Imports for your overseas order--- were experienced in overseas shipping- we know customs requirements backwards and forwards- and we make sure your order gets to you no questions asked.

5- We make ceramics- so we know if your artwork is ready to go- and if it isnt we will make sure it is.

6- we can IN HOUSE prototype your order at NO COST to you- this is something no other manufacturer offers that we know of. This allows you to see first hand how your order will look- and if you need to make changes- no problem- we'll reprototype it for you again- at NO COST.
