Anyone submitting custom artwork for reproduction by Palm Imports Inc and Palm Gaming international is required to download, sign and send a hard copy- original- WITH your signture- to:

Upon receipt of said hold harmless and review of your artwork we will consider printing your artwork for usage on custom poker chips.

We reserve the right to decline ANY artwork received for reproduction WITHOUT REASON .

I assume that this would be necessary for the 8v purchase.

Quick question. If the artwork is mine, but I've allowed another member to use it, who needs to fill out the form? Myself or the other member? I assume it would be the other member... nevermind, I'm answering my own questions... Lol
