2011 Recap and 2012 gameplan

wanted to let everyone know that as 2011 winds down- 2012 is just around the corner.... and were going to be changing alot of things for 2012- and one of them is what is available for the members unfortunately.

2011 has really put us on the map as a leading chip manufacturer- and were to the point where were scheduling orders for january and february 2012 already and being asked to visit with customers looking for a new chip manufacturer.

we want to phase out most everything NON casino related and concentrate on what we do best- making chips.

I am going to most likely not be on chiptalk as we set up manufacturing systems for the additional chip equipment- I will be in Vegas for a month visiting potential clients- and concentrating on South America where we make alot of chips for casinos.

We will try and work out a deal with another vendor to handle anything we carry for chiptalk members-but we will be slowing to a crawl alot of things weve done here over the years.... theres just not enough time in the day anymore to kick back and be here.

Weve outgrown this new location after putting a small fortune into adding a print room, a ceramic faciliy- and now a 2nd small ceramic facility- were looking at buying a warehouse which will mean yet another move we all dread here at PGI.

As always- I will keep everyone poasted as to whats going on and we will continue to support Chiptalk any way we can-

We will be liquidating many items that we have including thousands of cases- dealer button sets- playing cards- so if youre a reseller it will be a good opportunity to stock up on these items when we start the liquidation process.

great news for you joe, i am glad to see a business grow in these times, so i can assume you may not be hotstamping small amounts of chips for the CT group?

we will but most everything is going to be funneled via our reseller network-

its just easier that way for us-

as an example- Ive got 5 emails for the 8v order making quantity changes and NO name except a first name- we get a ton of emails each day that arent clear or we dont know who the sender is- we get 150 emails a day so the overhead in trying to handle this is enormous- if we use resellers they can finalize everything and all we need to worry about is the manufacturing end

it will work out well I think- we'll still have deals etc just the orders will go through a 2nd party

Folks please stop piling up on people especially in a paid forum. I am all for openness but you seriously have not given any one time to get to the bottom of anything. I am deleting all the back and forth above to let everyone cool down come to grips on what happened (or didn't) regarding SILK's labels. YOu all know how I feel about 'creative originality' but this particular case is blown way out of proportion.
