PGI Scroll Mold Chips available for limited time

Were taking limited orders for the PGI clay chip on the scroll mold.
Weve reached a tentative agreement allowing usage with limited color combinations.

We will send a scroll mold order package via email to anyone interested in placing an order.

Some color combinations will not be available which is why the order package needs to be reviewed.

Pricing will run from around 65c for a solid hotsamped chip to 1.65 for a Level 3 edgespot design with pressed inlay

Quantity discounts will apply starting at 1000+ chip orders

We are trying to get with X-files to see if we can add the scroll mold and jockey mold to the chipfactory- we have not heard back yet but we have our own chip designer software that will go online if we cant reach X-files.
We're hopefull we can add these molds to the Chipfactory software .

More to follow as things progress

Currently the scroll mold is online for manufacturing

We will be using ASM as a manufacturing center for the scroll mold chip. The jockey mold will be installed here at our facility and as soon as we can we will offer samples of the jockey mold we will let everyone know.

The order package should be available in a few days

Will you be using asm colors/clay formula? Or your own?

we should have a few new colros coming but for now were staying with asm colors and materials
Our material has been tested by ASM- actually two were tested and we eliminated one of them- were waiting for changes on our material which will increase chip weight- still has to be tested

If we werent so busy here I'd be working on all of this but I just dont have time

Our chips were shown at the G2E show in vegas and we got a great response so were gearing up for casino work now- but we decided were not waiting to have a casino tell us they want exclusive use of the mold- if their order is large enough we may but for now we started scheduling orders for chips

So just to be clear - these are ASM chips on the PGI Scroll mold. Someone might read your OP and think that these are PGI Scroll Mold chips - meaning they are your clay, etc.

- were only pressing solids here- full orders are being made by ASM on our mold.
