new secure bond inlays available as of 11/2011

weve finalized testing and we should be releasing the securebond inlays sometime inNovember.

What is a securebond inlay you ask?

Its a heat activated curing system and a molding/press process allowing us to permanently affix a label to a chip.

Not only is the label affixed permanently- is PRESSED into the chip- similiar to a pressed inlay on a clay chip.

Working with Henkel over the last several months- weve finally achieved a blend between pressed inlay-and inexpensive chips- makeing available for the first time a wide range of chips whereby the image/decal CANNOT be removed fromt he chip without permanently destroying the inlay.

We'll have pics up in the next few weeks and we will offer sample chips to anyone who wants to see this process free- just pay postage if youre a Chiptalk member in good standing.

not sure- we developed this for a gaming company that wanted a less expensive chip but with a permanent inlay-
as long as theres no snafus we can prob offe it- theres an addit cost to be determined
