Palm Gaming International has just concluded it's purchase of Hispania Gaming Equipment from a
local company for the manufacturing of clay
poker chips and
roulette tokens.
PGI will be owners of the Scroll mold- and we are in negotiations currently for the purchase of the 43mm scroll mold, the jockey mold and also the trident mold.
PGI will set up manufacturing in one of it's Daytona Beach Facilities. There is no tentative manufacturing date set.
Due to demands placed on us for casino clays in addition to our ceramic product line- PGI was forced to make a decision- whether to purchase the existing equipment or subcontract the orders to USA manufacturers.
It was decided by the Board of Directors to purchase Espania's equipment and molds- and to handle manufacturing internally.
This purchase coincides with PGI becoming exclusive USA, Canada and South America distributor for HW Sands Genetic DNA marker system for the gaming industry- under the PGI name Bio Secure.
The third phase consists of setting up abs injection molding equipment in conjunction with the ceramic and clay division. This will allow PGI to produce- wholly stateside- ceramic, clay AND abs chips.
This is an exciting year for PGI- and we look forward to continuing as one of the premier leaders of custom poker chips for years to come.
