I was wondering if they are worth it and what service you would recommend? Also, I only play about 10-15 hours a week, so I'm not sure if its worth it. I do like to bonus *****, though. Thanks.

RakeRebateReview.com will have a nice listing for you.
I use frequentflopper.com through pokersourceonline.com. They have 27.5% rake rebate for the 4 sites under them. You can find higher rates elsewhere on some of them but they have great customer service (feel free to use me as a referral if you do )
Definitely worth it in the long run if you plan on playing at that specific site while not bonus chasing. Sites like Absolute and UltimateBet don't count bonus money earned against you and Absolute has frequent bonuses and UltimateBet's never expire, so you can come and go as you please. Some other sites will make you generate an amount of rake > bonuses earned before you get anything back. If you are playing 2/4 limit or higher you will normally clear more in rake than bonuses. Below 2/4 you will probably see an average of a penny a hand depending on if you play short handed or not you may see more. I'm not sure about NL rake.
Hope that helps

Having a rakeback would definitely be worth it if you play 10 - 15 hours a week. I am not on a rakeback yet but seriously considering it.
My hours per week is close to yours too. I figure I would get back $500 to $1000 per year which is a fair amount. Yours might vary depending on what limits you play.
