Be nice if it had a results option. Definitely understand leaving it off for to avoid being results oriented but I'd like the option.

Also is it worth including this info for cash games (and just side pots for Tourney's)?:

" Total pot $10.26 Main pot $9.52. Side pot $0.24. | Rake $0.50 "

Could you post the original transcript?

I am trying to figure out how to correctly calculate everything.

I plan on having a show results option. I have not got there yet. I am having a hard time right now trying to pull all of the money together.

Thanks.

Still have some work to do on:

1. Totals
2. Color coding
3. Special aliases
4. Show Down (added a check box to show this info) Partially done.

Anything else that I am missing? Pieces are starting to fall into place.
Again please test this with different hands to see how it works or does not work as the case may be. This is a lot more complicated than you think it would be. What did I get myself into.

Since it's not posted yet with colors, I can't test this. You've probably already got it covered, but:

If you choose not to show results, there can't be the green "won" color for those histories.

Also, as it is now, once you click on the button to show results, there's no way to undo that choice (except for reloading the page and re-pasting the HH).

And thanks again for doing this. It's coming along excelently!

Thanks for the feedback. I need as many people as possible to run this. I am trying to think of everything but I know I will miss things.

Done. This is now a checkbox not a radio.

Somethin ain't right

Something's not right with the converter. I'll call this hand "Slowplay to Oblivion." Here is the hand:

*********** # 3 **************
PokerStars Game #2179967132: Tournament #10465668, Hold'em No Limit - Match Round I, Level I (10/20) - 2005/07/24 - 22:02:34 (ET) Table '10465668 1' One on One Seat #1 is the button Seat 1: Darvcus (1395 in chips)
Seat 2: SpaceMonkey3 (1605 in chips)
Darvcus: posts small blind 10
SpaceMonkey3: posts big blind 20
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Darvcus [Kh Ts]
Darvcus: raises 45 to 65
SpaceMonkey3: calls 45
*** FLOP *** [Qd Js As]
SpaceMonkey3: bets 80
Darvcus: calls 80
*** TURN *** [Qd Js As] [Ac]
SpaceMonkey3: bets 120
Darvcus: calls 120
*** RIVER *** [Qd Js As Ac] [6s]
SpaceMonkey3: bets 240
Darvcus: raises 400 to 640
SpaceMonkey3: calls 400
*** SHOW DOWN ***
Darvcus: shows [Kh Ts] (a straight, Ten to Ace)
SpaceMonkey3: shows [9s 4s] (a flush, Ace high)
SpaceMonkey3 collected 1810 from pot
mwfeldman [observer] said, "you guys rock!"
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot 1810 | Rake 0
Board [Qd Js As Ac 6s]
Seat 1: Darvcus (button) (small blind) showed [Kh Ts] and lost with a straight, Ten to Ace Seat 2: SpaceMonkey3 (big blind) showed [9s 4s] and won (1810) with a flush, Ace high

Here is the result from the hand converter, just copied and pasted straight in. Some of the errors I notice without looking really hard:
1. Darvcus is no longer in the hand.
2. It altered the suit of a critical board card (hint: there were three spades on board...)
3. The "saw flop, saw turn, etc." colors don't show.
4. It doesn't show posting of blinds.
5. It reads as if SpaceMonkey calls SpaceMonkey's raise on the river. Interesting.
6. It doesn't show the complete result.
7. It dropped railbird chat.

The input needs to be correct for this to work. Needs to have CR for each important line. See below.

Here is the output now.

Saw Flop | Saw Turn | Saw River | Saw Showdown | Won

PokerStars Game #2179967132: Tournament #10465668, Hold'em No Limit - Match Round I, Level I (10/20) - 2005/07/24 - 22:02:34 (ET)

PREFLOP undefined

Darvcus raises t45 to t65, SpaceMonkey3 calls t45.

Final Pot: t1810

1. Darvcus is no longer in the hand.

Input has to be in the correct format. I need someway to read the data properly. I pasted your input as you posted it into bisonbison's converter and it would not even try and convert it.

2. It altered the suit of a critical board card (hint: there were three spades on board...)

Typo in the code. My bad

3. The "saw flop, saw turn, etc." colors don't show.

Mostly fixed now it looks like I still have some tweaking though. Showdown was seen by both but it is not showing yellow for the loser.

4. It doesn't show posting of blinds.

If that is something we want I can probably add it. I am going off of bisonbison's output.

5. It reads as if SpaceMonkey calls SpaceMonkey's raise on the river. Interesting.

I believe this is a input formatting problem.

6. It doesn't show the complete result.

I still have some work on this but it is coming along.

7. It dropped railbird chat.

All chat is dropped. This is supposed to condense the action for review purposes.

Thank you for helping out with this. Please test it more I really appreciate it. The is a lot of different things happening so it is hard to account for everything unless people test it.
