Final Pot: t135 | I hope this isn't nitpicking, but....
I love the PREFLOP heading and '2 folds' '5 folds' to shorten the history
I love the FLOP heading with pot amount & number of players
When MP1 bets t100 after the flop I think it would be better if the '1 fold' was 'BB folds'
If it had names and said:
Bob checks, Bill bets t100, 1 fold. it would be kind of annoying IMO. This would also show up in cases with re-raises pre-flop. I think it's better if all called bets list the position/name and POST FLOP folds list the position/name.
Dunno if that's possible, but just a thought. Looks great, though. |

Chips: 2,333 | | Could people try it out and let me know if it is working correctly.
Left to do is color, show down, custom aliases, list of other PokerStars to ChipTalk names. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to see. http://www.chiptalk.net/HandConverter.php
It only works in IE. It only converts one hand. It only works for PokerStars
Hand format from PokerStars should be as follows. But please try out your own hands.

Chips: 29,466 | | | X,
I don't know what you have in mind for custom aliases, but here's something I'd like to be able to do:
When posting a hand from a cash side-game that has both chiptalk and non-chiptalk players, I'd like to be able to preserve the chiptalkers names, but replace the non-chiptalkers' names -- either with their position name, or some other nickname.
For example, instead of having the naming convention specified globally, you could have a table where position-by-position the player's name could be:
a) as-is
b) replaced by chiptalk name (where is this database maintained?)
c) replaced by position
d) other -- specify (in a text box)

Chips: 14,330 | | Very nice,
I don't have any HH's to try right at this moment so I'm wondering what happens to the in-game chat stuff. Is it still there? Omitted? Highlighted?
This converter is giving me some ideas for the Poker Strategy forum. I wonder if anyone would be interested in a podcast of the final table. If I'm eliminated before the final table I could create a podcast of all the hands and then use the HH and converter to augment it. Or I may be just dreaming....

As for the position by position settings I think it could be done. Is there going to be a real need for this if we have the text boxes where we can change a name?

Be nice if the level & who's button were highlighted or easier to distinguish... I know it states the level but it always seems to take me a few more nanoseconds to find it than needed. Distinguishing the button is a little more import to me I always have to read down then glance back up to see who's where like in your example the button's seat 4 but that doesn't mean anything so you have to read down & see your UTG and go from there. I agree with Capt that it'd be nice to have the non-chiptalker replaced with position.
Nice work!

The purpose is to cut out all of the unnecessary information and get to the meat of what happened. I have made my output look like the output from BisonBison's Hand Converter but added stuff for display on ChipTalk.net.
