My play ok here? (actually a bad beat post because of my immense frustration)

I guess it isn't a bad beat really at all, at least not technically. And, if you can't win a tourney, it's better to go out earlier than later, but this still sucked.
I'm eliminated first out of 751 players in the 50 seat guarantee trip to Aruba tourney on Ultimate bet (buyin $530 but I got it free for playing a lot)

Here's the damage - 5th hand of the tournament:

Hand #56931647-5 at Aruba50s530pm-053 (No Limit tournament Hold'em)

Is there another way to play it? Based on villians action, methinks not. Tough luck sir.

He had even limped like 4 of the first 5 hands so it wasn't even like the limp looked suspicious.

Sorry but I guess I have to say it again... he obviously has aces here, easy fold.

j/k - but you deserved to be antagonized for asking if you played it bad.

I would've tried to get my stack in on the flop. That's about all I can say about this hand.

Re: My play ok here? (actually a bad beat post because of my immense frustration)

Reminds me of a hand from last thursday's CT tourney. I had the KK and went broke too. Not much you can do since you're 99.99% of the time not laying them down.
