If you guess this, you win something nice... (UPDATED WITH THE RESULTS)

I can't believe how this went down. If you guess what we both had, I'll send you something real nice... (hint, that should mean that it will be hard)

Reads: Villian JUST sat down, first hand. You'll notice he posted the BB when he was UTG, instead of waiting 1 more hand to be in the BB (read: fish).

Clue1: I'm on the button, and with the extra BB in the pot to start, I wouldn't mind stealing this pot preflop, so I'm prolly playing a little lose.

Clue2: IMO, it's amazing how badly he played this hand

Clue3: I probably played it real bad too.

Saw Flop | Saw Turn | Saw River | Saw Showdown | Won

PokerStars Game #18120647710: Hold'em No Limit ($0.10/$0.25) - 2008/06/13 - 22:52:25 (ET)

M_G_C_06 - $30.40
HERO Button - $34.15
housewouzzz - $5.65
PiS.Juliam - $25.90
VILLIAN - $15

PREFLOP ($0.10/$0.25)
VILLIAN checks, 1 fold, HERO raises $1 to $1.25, 2 folds, VILLIAN calls $1.

FLOP $2.85 (2 players)
5 6 8
VILLIAN bets $0.25, HERO raises $1.25 to $1.50, VILLIAN calls $1.25.

TURN $5.85 (2 players)
5 6 8 Q
VILLIAN checks, HERO bets $3.50, VILLIAN calls $3.50.

RIVER $12.85 (2 players)

I'm gonna guess he had an and rivered the flush after just calling on the turn with top pair/nut flush draw.

I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion at these levels. So if someone buys in and they play the hand immediately they're a fish?

If the limits were a little higher than .25˘ I could see waiting until the blinds get to you but sometimes people just want to see some flops.

I have noticed this aswell, if people sit down and post at 25NL they do seem to be fish. Why not just wait a few hands?

I know it's "just .25", but anyone who's playing relatively seriously knows it's -EV to post, so they don't do it. The people who post tend to be more fishy, because they don't realize they should just wait a couple hands until they get to the BB.
