Are there any that are free like these but give you ring game results? These 2 seem to be tourneys only.

It would be pretty hard. They would have to track buyins/addons and cashouts.

I thought sharkscope tracked that, or is it just tourneys too? I Was trying to look someone up in sharkscope but they had themselves removed.

Tourneys are different because essentially there is a summary of all the positions at the conclusion of the tourney. Cash games are never ending so there is no summary. You can't even use a initial cash in/final cash out because in limit ring you can take cash off the table mid-session and in both limit and NL you can top up, so every single hand would have to be tracked in order to pick up every single fill.
