This is the *easiest way of making the big dance. Or at least some nice coin for very few dollars worth of risk.
EDIT: Steps 1-3 sucked for me, because I hate turbos. The best advice I can give about these is if you've built a reasonable stack and there's 4 or 5 people left, play a little tighter and watch yourself freeroll to the next level. A lot of people playing these cannot grasp the simple concept that you don't need to "win" to move on. I can't tell you how many times I watched the guy with the lead implode because he made a stupid move on the button 3-handed.
*short of buying in for the full $10k. | So I tried the playing tighter thing. I had a 4,500 chip lead on the four remaining players. They played paddy cake poker each of them winning medium pots while i folded and folded and paid blinds and antes. Finally i got a hand to play, and I decided to eliminate one of them, and he goes runner runner and takes most of my stack. |
