In reference to Larry Legend.

Now on to the hand. It's incredible what people will raise and call off their stack with. Then again, I was fattening peoples bankrolls today as I lost a buy in.

I'm in the small blind with 3/3 (thus the reference to L. Bird). UTG raises to 4x's the blind with 3 callers and it's to me in the sb. Easy call hope to hit a set and someone hits the flop. Standard play.

I have no history on the player UTG, she just bought in ($30) and it was her first hand.

I can't understand why she would call off the remaining part of her stack with K8s. I'm grateful but I don't get it.

About seven hands prior to that hand, I'm dealt AA UTG. Raise it to $2 and one caller. Terrible flop TdQd8s (possible str8t and flush draw) but the person who called the play was a weak player and short stacked ($16.50). Though the flop was terrible the turn and river were cards that wouldn't help it. I kept betting away and put him A.I. on the river and he called me down with A7.

Not really complaining, just trying to understand it.

I try to keep my bantar to myself in cash games. SNG's on the other hand, well I need some work on that.

In this situation it worked out well. Yesterday I paid off people that called with baby pairs, after the flop and they hit either on the turn or river and at that point the pot was soooo big that I paid them off.

I knew I had a thread about this hand. Another Larry Legend hand but unlike Larry, I limped (or is that wimped) in with this hand to see a flop.

In this particular room, I was playing fair at best. I bought in for $30, was down to $22 and then I decided to stop playing like a jacka$$ and buckle down.

It was going to be my last hand, as I just ended a session in another room and was playing a SNG and was about 30 minutes into it.

So here we go.

Now I can't say I played it great because P*'s helped me add to my micro bankroll. I was just fortunate enough to flop a fullhouse and that the victim hit trips. I'm just glad the board didn't pair on the turn and river.
