I'm not sure if there's a better spot to get Aces but I would tend to believe the button would be one of them, in an unraised pot.

I guess it could have been worse for you. Nh. It was all going in on that flop, I'd say.

The only better place is in the BB or SB. I remember having them in the SB one time in a tourney at TI and I smooth called them, since everyone else folded. The BB did a healthy raise and I came back over the top of him for all in. He thought for a minute, looked at me and said, "I think you're trying to steal." He called with his AK and out he went.

It's always nice when pocket aces pays.

You must have been crappin yourself when he flopped a four flush.

If you pushed on the flop he likely would have called anyways. If he pushed on the flop you would not have liked it....that flop is a fantastic one for a blind.

I didn't have a clue what he had, besides that he had a decent hand to push A.I. He showed his hand after the hand was dealt.

When I saw the flop, I was saying to self "no more spades and I hope he wasn't foolish enough to push sevens."

I was just lucky to get the Aces and to be on the button with them. It's the classic steal position and and with the bb having a premium hand, my standard raise won me some money.
