I was just wondering how many hands some of you play in a day. Yesterday I was pretty bored, and with nothing to do, I played on P* for about 6 or 7 hours I would guess. Anywho, I ended up with 2861 hands while mostly 4-6 tabling .01/.02 NL. I ended up making $32.21 on the day. I started last week with about $10 and am going to do my best to use proper money management and not have to ever deposit again.
As for where I am at, in the 16 days of the year, not that I started on Jan 1, I am up almost $47 playing .01/.02 over 6k hands.
One thought that I had with regard to moving up, is that the .02/.05 and the .05/.1 both have a $10 max buyin. I am guessing that it really wouldn't matter which one I am buying in for as they are both in essence NL10.

i think your numbers sound about right. IIRC, was doing 45-55 an hour when was hitting it heavy.
i do 9 tables, at just about 500 hands/hour. usually for about 90 minutes twice a day for about 1500 hands.
I usually play between 1000 and 1500 a day with a couple days off per week.
I can't get in as many hands per hour as most though since I typically am playing midstakes shorthanded LHE cash games (8/16 - 15/30). Playing shorthanded LHE (in tough games) takes a lot more concentration than NLHE imo, and I can't play more than 4 tables at once.

At least on Stars, the play at .02/.05 is horrible. NL10 is closer to NL25 than NL5.
