With 13 cards gone, he would have about a 5% chance (2 out of 39 cards available) to have an ace, assuming that someone didn't fold one.

stats or reads? w/o them I can just give you the best guess assuming this guy is a random unknown 1/2 player.

You can't fold here. I bet the flop for value and call down from a raise. If two more hearts come on the turn and the river and the BB is still firing then I'll muck.

If you be the flop and he calls, and then a non heart comes on the turn you would probably be best to c/c down. W/o another heart on the turn we don't need to charge heart draws, and we would like him to try and spike with his QJ type hands so we can value bet the river and get called. Also if he has a pair (6x or worse pkt pair) he is never folding and will probably bet if checked to so we can call down. Plus if we c/c down from the turn we save a bet when Ax will pop us on the turn.

So against a decent aggressive opponent I bet the flop and plan on check-calling down on a non-heart turn. If a heart comes on the turn I'm betting to protect my hand and calling down from a raise (assuming another heart doesn't come on the river).

so your line is different based on his play on the flop, and what comes on the turn.

Also if you had some stats or reads I might advocate some other stuff, but you need to have Pokertracker and a HUD going for that.
