I'm in the middle of verifying a ClickandBuy account to fund my pokerstars account with real money. Would anybody be willing to transfer me some pokerstars cash for a payment through Paypal? Example: $50 for $50

Since PayPal charges 3% you might get more action if you offer $52(PayPal) for $50(PokerStars).

No charge for personal accounts that are linked to bank accounts like mine. These have limits though.

Agreed, but I needed the business account to accept bigger transfers so I get hit with the 3%.
