State-sponsored lotteries are apparently okay, and they always seem to keep expanding - talk about poor odds. Let's not mention horse-racing, slot machines, riverboat casinos are apparently okay too in many places. I should not expect logic to interfere with legislation, especially when our morals are protected. Guess I am preaching to the converted. Flame off. That is all.

Kansas legalized casinos... if they are owned by the state lottery board... lol..
