After finally getting back to online poker, I started out playing .01/.02 micro limit this week.

Lost with pocket AA twice in 4 hands, lost with 4 full houses, lost with trips 7 times, and was just about to give up.

Seriously, it just isn't worth playing full-ring at those stakes. If you're going to play micro-micro, I think tournaments are a much better value. I loved playing the $1.75 2-table turbos, but they also have 45-man $1 + .20's now, too.

Yes, I have a job....12 hour days, 7 days a week now for the past two months.

My problem with finding the micro tournaments is that they all seem to start about the time I'm going to bed.

You are right about the time wasted on these tables, because you can play a perfect game and some idiot calls all the way to the river on a gutshot or worse draw and hits....It's why I lost with AA twice and 3 times with a full house! Someone hits a river card that counterfits my flopped boat.

I believe on p* the $1+$.20 45 person tournies are SnG's so they are always running basically. I play in them from time to time when I am trying not to donk off a lot of $. You can get good play time out of them for little investment.

J's right. All of the tournaments I mentioned are sit-and-go's. The turbos only take about 75 minutes.
