Actually, she's a pretty good player and generally self-funding. I can't complain.
It would be easy to transfer back and forth, that part would work OK. |

If you want to lend money, just GIVE it with no expectation of ever getting it back. If you do end up getting it back, congrats! That is how I would end up thinking about this situation. If you are sharing this money with a buddy, don't get upset if it all disappears... |

The only ship that wont sail is a partnership...
Too many fights and arguments. If you are friends now you wont be after this. Tombs idea about sharing with the wifey by transfers that would be ok but having one account... Not so much! |

Chips: 555 | | | Re: Sharing a bankroll? A lot of card-counting blackjack teams did this (and still do I suppose). What you need is a "backer" that all the "partners" answer to. The "backer" settles all arguments - it's his money. That kind of setup would work.
If you've got two or three "partners" chipping in $500 each for an online poker bankroll, but no "backer", there's no higher authority and no way to resolve disputes. That's not going to work. Organizations have one and only one CEO for a reason, and you should think the same way before forming a poker partnership. |
