I think they saw the writing on the wall. Their first response was rather horrible, but at least they're doing the right thing now.

I think they've made their bed with this one. They're going to have to hope that there are a lot of clueless folks out there.

Exactly. If this doesn't sink their ship and no one goes to jail for this, how tempting will it be for other sites to try and get away with this? I would imagine that most to this point have feared that they had too much to lose if they got caught. If AP pulls through this, it's bad for everyone!

I bet 95% of online players are clueless as to what's going on on 2+2 and other strat sites. They'll lose the players in the know...probably leaving behind the fishes...yeah, they'll be fine.

I was one. I didn't know about this until this week. Went back to request a withdrawal and I won't be back.

It's not so much that I think I was or could be cheated as it is that I just think if they don't go out of business, it's bad for all of online poker. IMO an example needs to be made of them.
