Hevad Khan Donking on P*

I am watching a SnG (I think it's a satelite) that Hevad Kahn is playing in on P*. I have to say he is playing like a Donk and getting lucky as heck. Here is an example:

Seat 4: slammedfire (2055 in chips)
Seat 6: RaiNKhAN (2680 in chips) (Hevad)
Seat 8: jeffreyjjj (4832 in chips)
Seat 9: Mr.smith12 (1350 in chips)
slammedfire: posts small blind 75
RaiNKhAN: posts big blind 150
*** HOLE CARDS ***
jeffreyjjj: folds
Mr.smith12: folds
Bajnok18: raises 300 to 450
slammedfire: folds
RaiNKhAN: raises 900 to 1350
Bajnok18: raises 1233 to 2583 and is all-in
RaiNKhAN: calls 1233
*** FLOP *** [9s Qh 6h]
*** TURN *** [9s Qh 6h] [Tc]
*** RIVER *** [9s Qh 6h Tc] [7h]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
RaiNKhAN: shows [8s Qc] (a straight, Six to Ten)
Bajnok18: shows [As Ah] (a pair of Aces)
RaiNKhAN collected 5241 from pot
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot 5241 | Rake 0
Board [9s Qh 6h Tc 7h]
Seat 1: Bajnok18 (button) showed [As Ah] and lost with a pair of Aces
Seat 4: slammedfire (small blind) folded before Flop
Seat 6: RaiNKhAN (big blind) showed [8s Qc] and won (5241) with a straight, Six to Ten
Seat 8: jeffreyjjj folded before Flop (didn't bet)

I was watching him play in the WCOOP main event and he was being a bit reckless there too.

I've watched him, in satellites that I think he may be forced to play in, he just constantly screws around. In the $8.80+R tournament to the PCA, he went all in blind every hand for 45 minutes straight

Re: Hevad Khan Donking on P*

The follow up to this is he came in third. The satelite awarded seats to the next round for the top 4 players.

Re: Hevad Khan Donking on P*

CO open raised

Khan put him on a steal and came over the top

Once CO pushes, Khan is priced in to call.

If he has played with CO before and knows that CO steals a lot in this spot, (which most people in the CO do raise a wide range of hands) this play is not horrible.

Re: Hevad Khan Donking on P*

I don't hate the play. He put the guy on a steal and decided to try and resteal. After the push he's getting the right price to call so it's not that bad.

Re: Hevad Khan Donking on P*

I agree with Scottwire and Littlebu. Very possible that he wasn't screwing around and that he was playing a read. Once the pot is re-re-raised he is definately priced in for a call.
