Why is a CO raise automatically a steal. And even if it is, like phil said, why make it so you price yourself in with a junk hand?

Thing is, the hand example that I posted was just one of MANY hands where he was playing/raising with garbage. It really looked like he either didn't care about the game or was playing up to his televised image (you should see his avatar). In fact when I checked in late in the tourney (almost the end) his stack had dwindled as it would if someone keeps playing like a maniac with crapola for starting cards.
