Fold to turn check raise. You bet to find out where villain was and found out.

Re: Do you call here? MicroDonk NL

Call.

If he's got the K, then he has it. You have second best flush and you describe table as loose aggressive. That means they could have any spade.

If he had the K of spades I would expect a bet on the flop with a draw to the nut flush (especially with loose aggressive table) unless he knew you were going to bet (but not enough information for this).

I took a nice pot earlier from this player. Not sure if this guy picked something up from me. Very plausible that he did.

I think the pot odds warrant a call here. 8.50 pot 2.5 to call that's what a little 3:1 I thought he might have the king. His check raise was told me that had at least a flush.

I know I was playing pretty passive.

Re: Do you call here? MicroDonk NL

I think you played it fine and poker happened. Nothing wrong with limping behind with a mid-strength hand like JQos. Besides, if our vilain is willing to open with a limp then he is going to call any reasonable raise you make pre-flop, and you get a bigger pot and get felted.

On the turn, I would think he could have the 7s-9s just as easily as the Ks. Unless you know his play very very well pot odds were high enough to be worth finding out.
