I am also open to hear how bad I played it... I am not complaining about the hand its just one of those hard lessons you have to learn.

Live and learn...Thanks God it's only .10/.20 it could have been worst.

I still think you would loose this hand even if you go all in after the flop. He will call you anyway. IMO...

I can't see how you could have played this differently besides the river raise. He wasn't going anywhere after the flop and once the turn hit, he owned you. Nothing you can do but I would have just called his river bet once the 9 paired. Then again I might have made the same mistake. Tough one as I also thought he might have hit the full house on the river.
