Finger mouse/trackball for online poker - used by Daniel Negreanu

This is a tough thread to originate since I can't find a picture of what I'm talking about on the web to post here. In Daniel's P* commercial they show him apparently playing online poker for a few seconds. He's got something on his finger and it's not a ring or anything obvious. Looks like it might be some kind of new mouse type contraption. Does anybody have a clue what I'm referring to? Do you know what it is?

TIA. It's been driving me crazy.

edit - update thread title to reflect more accurately what we're really discussing here - a new finger mouse/trackball (endorsed by DN?) for playing online poker and general use.

I figured it was/is some sort of mouse. That and a small/portable number pad would be perfect for online play

If you havent seen Hackc's thread on this new mouse - check it out. Pretty cool. Not sure how functional it is but cool none the less

That thread is what reminded me that I'd been wanting to post asking about Daniel's apparent new mouse contraption. That one looks a little busy though. I like this one.

That is really cool. It looks like a mini track ball with a trigger. That is much better than I thought it would be. I was thinking it was some sort of kinetic mouse that moved the cursor based on your movements. That is way better and would work really well with a small portable key pad

I have used one of these at an business showcase a few years ago... Very cool idea and didn't think much until I saw the P* commercial. Might have to look into getting one of these...
