IMEGA in court

the Internet Media Entertainment the Gaming Association (IMEGA) had another day in court yesterday when a trial judge in Trenton, New Jersey, heard its claims that UIGEA infringed upon the US first amendment. IMEGA is asking for the immediate halting of enforcement of the law. The US is pressing for dismissal of the case. Judge Mary Cooper is expected to rule within 30 days.
