While I don't believe everything over at 2+2, I do think that the ease of collusion is a problem. While you might find it to be a waste of time to make a few dollars by cheating, I'm sure there are other people on the internet that will do it.

With that being said, I do think it's an interesting format, and I would definitely enjoy watching pros play a lengthy tournament in this format. It would be nice to see different ways to play a given hand, so I think it would be more educational than watching a normal poker tournament on TV. It would be pretty hard to organize though: someone would have to be matching up decks before each deal.

Boogster.com also has a promo for this site where they give you 7000 points (can be turned into about $70 worth of gift certificates) if you deposit money and get 100 player points. Does anyone happen to know how easy its to get player points? Can you play more than one table at the time?

I think you can multitable, but I haven't. I believe that you only get player points in cash games. You get 1 point per $.10 in rake.

Rake is 10% (!), so the micro cash games are $1 + $.10 or $4 + $.40. One games takes about 5 minutes, so say 10 points / hr. at the $1 tables or 40 points / hr at the $4 tables.

I will say that the competition is ridiculous there. Reminds me of the boom 3 or 4 years ago. People have no idea at all what they are doing. I think many people are signing up to collect affiliate bonuses and really don't care about winning the games so much.
